Quality Policy
 

It is the policy of CTS (GB) Ltd to provide logistical solutions and the transportation requirements of specialist cargo to meet customers' specifications in all respects. Specific objectives which will support customer satisfaction are established and reviewed every year.

In order to assist in accomplishing these objectives CTS (GB) Ltd. have established and will maintain and implement documented procedures for all functions and they will comply as a minimum with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The company is committed to continual improvement of the Quality Management System and its customer services.

The Office Manager has the authority and responsibility to ensure that documented systems and procedures are prepared, maintained and implemented to ensure compliance with company policy, customers' requirements and the Quality Management System.

She will also ensure that any amendments to the standards referred to above continue to be reflected in the CTS (GB) Limited Quality Management System. Activities relating to these responsibilities may from time to time be devolved to an outside agency.

It is a condition of employment that all employees of CTS (GB) Limited comply with the operating procedures which are relevant to the tasks which they perform.
